Outlined below are the 3 main exhibitor packages available. Special packages and individual stands are available upon request, on a price on application basis.

The floor plan for Hall 12 is also attached, and you will be able to see the exhibition spaces available. Exhibitors should direct all enquiries to Rebecca Lewis at r.lewis@kfm.keele.ac.uk.

Bronze Exhibitor - £750 including VAT

• 5 metre by 5 metre shell scheme – 2.5 metres high, with a 300mm deep fascia with infills and white foamex panels


• 1 name board panel to each elevation
  
• Electrics – one track of four by 100w spotlights, and one 500w socket
  
• Carpet
  
• 1 poseur table and 2 stools
  

• All of the above plus
  
• Additional furniture on the stand
  
• Individual banner – supplied, erected and dismantled at the end of the festival for the exhibitor to take home
  

• All of the above 2 packages plus
  
• VIP time in the Lord Stafford Awards dining area – where VIP’s can be entertained, use of the AV production equipment will also be allowed if exhibiters wish to show promotional video material to guests.
  
• 1 table to the Lord Stafford Awards dinner in the evening of the 15th of November
